Booth Space Rental Information

Time: 10:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Place: UVU Events Center, 800 West University Parkway, Orem, Utah
Booth Rental Includes:
• 1 8' table
• 1 table cloth
• 4 chairs
• 2 lunch tickets
• Parking and shuttle service
• Electrical outlet provided as part of basic package!
Basic Package Rates:
Early Bird - $249.00 registered and paid by March 5th
Regular Rate - $295.00 registered and paid by April 2nd
Late Registration - $395.00 registered and paid after April 2nd
No optional advertising available with late registration.
Optional advertising special add $99:
Includes:
• One day 3 x 3 ad space in Daily Herald (Thursday or Sunday editions.)*
• 30 day Yahoo Hot Jobs posting
Offer available until April 2, 2010.
Company is responsible to provide print work and logo for ad space.
One-time purchase will run in the Sunday edition on April 11th.
*Additional dates may also be purchased at the reduced rate.

Important Details:
Payment must be received by noon on April 2, 2010 or the reservation will be canceled
and booth re-sold to waiting list.
Cancelations must be made on or before April 2, 2010 or no refund will be given.
There will be a $50.00 processing fee for all refunds.
Parking is located on the Northwest side of the UVU Events Center. (See "Map and Directions")
Unloading and set-up time is authorized in the West pay lot until 9:30 a.m. Free shuttle service
will be provided at outer lots at R, Y and V for employers and job seekers.
No Unloading/Loading in red curbed areas or you may receive a ticket!
Sponsors are still needed for donated items such as snacks, soda, water bottles, volunteers,
advertising or general gift items for the public and employers.
